Location, Location, Location!

Our villa is situated on  ' The Estates' subdivision of Legacy Park.  This is a small prestigious area of large high-quality homes. We are situated on a corner, providing a much larger than average garden with a great feeling of privacy. The pool and garden area faces due south, and is not overlooked. Opposite the front of the villa there is an open grassed area with palm trees and shrubs.

Legacy Park is situated on US Highway 27, about a mile south of Highway 192, convenient for all major attractions.

We are less than 9 miles from the Disney Parks, usually achievable in around 15 minutes. Universal and Seaworld are about 25 minutes away.

We are just a few minutes drive from the I4, which provides easy access to Tampa, Busch Gardens and the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches in one direction, and to the Atlantic coast, famous for the Kennedy Space Centre and popular resorts such as Daytona Beach in the other. Both coasts are little more than an hour's drive away, making day trips very achievable.

Legacy Park is next to Berry Town Center, which has a large Publix Supermarket, Applebees Restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Pizzeria, Irish Bar, English pub and Fish and Chip Shop, Chinese takeaway, bank and Medical Center. 

A five minute drive in the opposite direction brings you to a huge Walmart.

The popular 192 Highway, where you will find a vast range of restaurants, bars, takeaways and shops is a few minutes drive away. 

We are about 1 mile from the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf course. Many other fine golf courses, large and small, are within a few minutes drive.
