The villa is single storey, with a large open plan layout.

It is  air conditioned and this is supplemented by ceiling fans in the living area and all bedrooms. Should the weather turn chilly in the winter the system will provide heating as required.

There are new flatscreen TVs in the family room and all bedrooms, all of which provide a wide range of channels and smart capabilities.

Free high speed fibre optic wifi is provided, together with 3 cordless telephones and a telephone answering machine. All local and national landline calls are free.

There is keyless front door entry, and a customised code will be provided for the duration of your stay. No need to arrange to collect keys or to carry them around all day.

We provide three pushchairs, two highchairs, two travel cots with bedding and a bedguard, all free of charge.

Plenty of towels and teatowels are provided, together with laundry baskets and plenty of hangers in every bedroom, three hairdryers, straighteners and curling tongs.

The pool is cleaned and maintained weekly and some pool toys are provided.

Pool and spa heating is available for an additional charge and is recommended from October to April. 
A new super-efficient 'Thermeau' pool heater has been installed, which is very quiet, and can heat the pool in outdoor conditions down to freezing point!

We have an optional roll-out  mesh pool fence, which fits sturdily into the ground and closes off the pool area completely for the protection and safety of your little ones. When not required this rolls back neatly to the sides.

In bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 there are fitted floor safes for the protection of your valuables.

A local management company is on call if you need help or have any queries.
