Accomodation

As you enter the villa, you will be impressed by the elegant dining room, which features a large solid wood dining table with comfortable seating for 8 (extendable to 10.)

The formal sitting room has seating for five,  overlooking the pool. It is a quiet place to read or chat, with a comfortable sofa, two luxurious armchairs, coffee table and side tables with lamps.

The open plan kitchen is huge with plenty of storage space and worksurfaces, including a central island. It features a large electric cooker, microwave, American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, double sink and waste disposal unit. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, teapot, food mixer, juicer, electric can opener, slow cooker, lots of pots and pans and baking equipment, and ample cutlery, china and glassware of a high quality.

The family room has comfortable seating for six, with large patio windows opening onto the pool area and providing unoverlooked views of the gardens and conservation land beyond. There is a 55 inch flatscreen Smart TV and  DVD player/recorder.

The cosy nook provides informal dining for four overlooking the pool, and there is further seating for four at the breakfast bar.

The laundry/utility room is surprisingly large, with a large American washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, large sink, storage cupboards, towel racks and washing baskets. Here you will find a large selection of pool towels.

Should you wish to work or use your laptop we have a home office area, with desk, chair, cordless telephone/answering machine, lamp and plenty of sockets.

A large cabinet above the desk contains a wide selection of books, DVDs and board games.

The large triple garage has been converted to a games room, with full sized pool table, air hockey table, childrens games, a bar table with stools, a childrens play table and chairs, 32 inch smart TV and a CD player with iPad connection.

The huge Master Bedroom overlooks the pool with large patio windows,

and features a King sized bed, large dressing table with dawers beneath, bedside sets of drawers with lamps, cordless telephone and radio alarm clock, sofa, closet, laundry and towel cupboard and 40 inch flatscreen smart TV. In the  closet you will find a fitted floor safe, large enought to fit a laptop computer.

The master bathroom has a large roman bath, large walk in shower, twin washbasins set in a wide vanity unit, and a separate WC room. A hairdryer and bathroom scales are provided.

Bedroom 2 is savannah themed, featuring a queen sized bed, large chest of drawers, bedside drawers with lamps and radio alarm clock, spacious closet, and 32 inch flatscreen TV. In the closet you will find a second fitted floor safe, also  large enought to fit a laptop computer.

Bathroom 2 is directly opposite and features a large walk in shower, washbasin with vanity unit and WC.  It has access to the pool area. A hairdryer, curling tongs and hair straightener are provided.

Bedroom 3 is our popular Nemo themed bedroom and has twin beds, chest of drawers with lamp and radio alarm clock, large closet and 28 inch smart flatscreen TV. There is optional mimion theming.

Bedroom 4 is our beautiful Disney Princess themed room. The room features twin beds, two chests of drawers with lamp and alarm clock,, large closet and 32 inch flatscreen TV.

Bedroom 5 features a queen bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and radio alarm clock, large chest of drawers, and 32 inch flatscreen TV.

Bathroom 3 has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin in vanity unit and WC. A hairdryer is provided.

Our breathtaking pool area is the jewel in crown. It faces due south for sunshine all day until sunset. It is surrounded by generous sized gardens, which are attractively landscaped with palm trees,tropical plants,  lemon tree, flowering shrubs and a hedge. The spacious corner plot provides complete privacy.

The pool area is protected from bugs by a fine mesh cage. There is plenty of deck space for the six luxurious padded loungers.

When a little shade is required the spacious L shaped lanai is ideal, with overhead fans to provide some ventilation.

For al fresco dining we have two tables with seating for 10, overhead lighting and fans.

The pool is a generous 30 ft by 15 ft, plenty of space for everyone.

The bubbling spa provides soothing relaxation after a tiring day at the parks. Where better for a glass of bubbly as the sun goes down?

After the dark the pool can be lit with stunning colour changing LED lights.

For the safety of your little ones we have a sturdy pool fence available which fits into the deck and completely closes off the pool. When not required it folds neatly out of the way.

Outside the pool area there is a another patio area with table and four chairs and two loungers.
